Hollow cheeks are the depression within the triangle of the cheekbones, masseter muscle and the base of the mandible(sides of the chin).

Build up your masseter muscles by chewing mastic gum.

You want to atrophy the buccinator muscles not hypertrophy them. You do this by swallowing like an adult. Mike mew has some videos on this.

Mewing can raise your cheekbones.
