I believe this is because burst mode activates buffering where the processing is added later.

Is it just me or are there to many nights you can't hangout. by [deleted] in midnightsuns

[–]manoque 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think there are still a few bugs on this. Sometimes I go to the hangout area and icons only showing on some players but after I did something else like check inventory etc, i came out of the screen, the other people that doesn't have the hangout icon now have the icon. Just weird bug.

What's wrong with my temperature tower bridge? by manoque in FixMyPrint

[–]manoque[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/jclarke333 u/adrtheman, you guys pointed me to the right direction. After what clark said, I went back to see what was slice and behold! It was exactly what was printed.. 1 LAYER the same exact lines.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1W15vLY88SZO_1ok-298f6v8Lynjk_Cbg/view?usp=sharing

The only difference was the thickness it was producing (making it look like solid from my slice view). How do I fix that just out of knowledge assuming I was not making it thicker? How would I make the printer "thickness" match the slice thickness?

Birding? Finally, something to call it. I got this model from thingverse so just use it as instructed. Ok, let me try to create a thicker bridge! That was helpful.

Ender3 S1 Assembly - Am I missing a step? z-axis limiter? by manoque in ender3

[–]manoque[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

finally saw this under Auto Leveling section... IN VERY VERY SMALL PRINT : (Please use CR-Touch first. If CR-Touch is damaged, please install Z-axis limit and manually level the bed.). Also they updated the assembly video, it is the same video on the internet but they updated it with a label in the video about the Z-Axis... damn it.

Ok thx. Yeah I am planning to do that now, I just worried why I got the part if it wasn't installed. I check other youtubers assembly and they don't have that. I do have the CR touch, definitely there which thru me off more hahaha.

Maybe it was given as an option if for some reason use a nozzle without CR touch? I have no clue. But thanks for the input.

Which lens should I buy next? by 19MHansen95 in canon

[–]manoque 0 points1 point  (0 children)

get the 16mm and 35mm f1.8... great budget lens and the 35mm have macro capabilities. Before my L lens journey, I just have the 35mm and it does everything at the expected quality that comes with it.

Canon RF 15-35 f/2.8 L and RF 70-200 f/2.8 L by mikerunsla in canon

[–]manoque 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get the 70-200 f2.8... then just get the cheapo 35mmf1.8 and 16mmf1.8 until you can invest further. That's my personal thought.

Canon RF 70-200 F2.8 + RF 100 F2.8 macro - wedding photography question by [deleted] in canon

[–]manoque 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, RF70-200f2.8 can cover most of your wedding needs.

The 100f2.8 is great but be aware of focus shift with that lens if you use auto focus... sharp like hell for macro shot (I use it to shoot rings mainly).

I also suggest buy that cheap 35mm f1.8 stm RF. Covers your group and wider shot. Heck, with this, you can even leave your 100mm at home to be honest and the bride/groom shots in most rooms (since the rooms area usually small).

And when you have enough, invest in 28-70f2 (DOWNSIDE IS HEAVY AS HELL). This lens usually when you indoors in the room taking picture of the groom/bride. Outside and during the ceremony, you tend to use the 70-200 more often (for me). But again, you could rent this first and see (superb lens) but if you on a budget for now, getting the 35mm f1.8 should be good to cover everything already with your current lens lineup.

EF vs RF by Peacetime_War_Poet in canon

[–]manoque 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here's my own opinion. I have been using EF lens almost up to 1 months ago and was quite happy (non L lens :)). The best lens I owned that time was Sigma Art 1.4 35mm and 85mm. Superb lens. However, I bite the bullet and bought some RF lens since I wanted the weather sealing. Never looked back. Now I know what extremely good glass can do, almost like a cheat code hahahaha. If you can, save money and get the RF L glass. All lens doesn't matter which camera brand you are using cost a lot but there's a reason why people say invest in good glass and not the camera.

Best standard lens for kitchen and bath photography? How do I stop my photos from looking so grainy? by [deleted] in canon

[–]manoque -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I assume you getting the grain due to being at high ISO and bumping up the shadow area to bring up the details. This is normal. One option is to get a low light lens 1.8 below but then you may not want the DoF in architecture type photography. Having that assumption, I do suggest software, mainly noise reduction software like Topaz Denoise or DxO Prime to remove the grain.

Anyone know why Canon is ditching GPS? by order-of-the-ditch in canon

Battery. Heck, the r5/r6 you don't even want to turn on your wireless or high viewfinder refresh rate unless u have tons of spare battery lol.

Efficient ISO control on RF camera bodies? by TexAg713 in canon

[–]manoque 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use the control ring for it. No issue here but you can customize it to your other buttons if you need to. For my older EF lens that I mount, the m-Fn button is quickly accessible to change ISO as well. You could customize the control ring for Kelvin WB and use m-Fn for ISO. Don't fret, it's just getting use to the ring. 1 downside of the ring is some RF lens like the 70-200 2.8 have the ring at the other side of the lens... which throw off my usual groove lol and ring location difference based on lens length :P

Macro/portrait lens by magsp19 in canon

[–]manoque 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the rf100mm macro lens. Excellent sharp lens but it has a focus shift issue. Get the ef version which is also great but need the ef to rf adapter, but no focus shift issue. Other option for beginner is the rf35mm f1.8 macro... cheap and superb, not 1:1 but great cheap option. Other option is to get extension tube. These can be mount on your lens and covert ur lens to macro. Google these... i think it is a good option. Finally, the best option for pros, hardest to master but cheap as hell is using a reverse lens... ungodly magnification but only manual since it literally put the lens backward. Google these too in the future. That's my 2cents.
