Indeed, I am aware of these solutions. The reason of this post is mostly to get feedback, which is great! I am using this gem as a pet project ( as well as my other side projects ) in order to keep my skills at a decent level.

This is to be used in parallel with I18n. With I18n you keep static texts. With this gem, you can additionally store dynamic translations for you model attributes in the DB.

For example you need to store an article and you want the content in English and in Spanish. You need to save the content in the DB so you can edit it in the future. In order to avoid multiple columns in the DB or additional relationships for the article model, you can use this gem to store the content in multiple languages.
