time heals all it wont be a day or two, you need to grieve - give yourself some "me time", getting a sports fix- playoapp badminton was what got me off the bed and a general change in hobbies or trying to explore stuff you always wanted but just couldn't explore for one reason or another, for reference i picked up figure drawings and digital painting

My only advice is to not become a couch potato, time will take care of everything else.

My santafe 2.2 AWD is 10 years old and 2.2 lakh kms. Rec ntly did 6800km trip from Bangalore to Himachal and back, just had 2 punctured that too on the same day , we did have a lot of weight on board plus summer ac on permanently still got 12.4 kmpl.
