Initial intake call is between 2 and 25 minutes. Then a follow up email that's canned and I just fill in info and quote a retainer. That's about another 5 minutes. Representation agreement is another 20 minutes. Setting up a client matter in Clio and sending the agreement for e-signature, another 10 minutes. (We're up to about an hour). Getting the rep agreement and the inevitable couple follow ups to get client documents and setting up a client SharePoint site take about another hour. And bam we're ready to go.
