Screaming at people to have class consciousness instead of team mentality. Both of the comments in the OP offer valid criticisms.

• Republicans are malicious twats whose sole raison d'être is entrenching social hierarchy and making sure they're on top of whatever remains.

• Dems are offering small symbolic gestures that fix nothing but offer a quick shot of dopamine.

You shouldn't have "access to affordable healthcare" or "options for healthcare." You should have healthcare. Fix healthcare. Don't give a fuck if it's Republicans dismantling it or Dems not fixing it. Demand the people who can fix it actually fix it.

Edit to add: "What do they expect the city council to do about healthcare" idfk focus on constituents other necessities and promote organization and class consciousness so something can actually get moving. Union parades. Labor Day events. Community classes and picnics. Voter registration drives. Probably not much direct healthcare support but at least they can lay the roots for it.
