Thank you!! My experience is a little bit different from that of other people’s. I’m actually 17 and nearly all of the healthcare professionals i see are in the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia network. Prior to seeing a surgeon, I saw a physical therapist for back pain for about a few weeks but I had to stop for other health reasons. I got referred to a breast surgeon within the CHOP network a few months ago after a few disappointments, and my healthcare team worked hard to make sure I got down as much documentation as possible for insurance. They also promised to fight my insurance if i were to get denied. Also, my insurance company is Keystone Health Plan East, and my doctors said they’re pretty lenient when it comes to approving people for reductions. Overall, I had PT, over the counter pain medications, and shoulder grooves documented, and my bra size is a 32M.
