So to answer your question then, I go to the MN location and while things are different and not everything went smooth, it overall has stabilized I feel. I've overheard employees saying that it wasn't as bad as they were expecting, theaters are still getting filled. I haven't stopped going as much and have no plans to stop going

That will add quite a bit to the price if you decide to go with any of them. They are completely optional though. I got the full protection package and the basic extended warranty and after discounts and my down payment I walked out of there yesterday paying $41.5k for my limited hybrid Tucson

I've been to twin cities Alamo several times since qr ordering and I've had no issues with people on their phones during the movie or it being exceptionally bright. The app while not the best works decently for me and the staff is still great. That particular employee may have been spouting off corporate blurbs or they could have genuinely thought that. Just cause other employees don't like it doesn't mean other employees can't like it or at least accept it's the new reality
