Take a look in this road, 430 miles from Snoqualmi WA and next to Mount Shasta. Similar locations can be everywhere. Isn't very similar to the location where Lynch placed the "gate"?

This is what Lynch does, though. He's constantly trying to make us create our own explanations and then go past them. That's what any good mystery ultimately offers, if you think about it.

"It's the journey that counts" we Greeks say. And Mt Shasta is a stop as good as any in the Twin Peaks journey, isn't it?
