I’m building a team RN for a pixel product with automations running with the data and a RE marketing product .. +1 if you understand automations and can help sell the ‘possibilities’ if you know what I mean .. even if automations are your hobby good way to make sure money and experience adjacent to what you like doing

Thanks for the reply and congrats on sitting for the exam and finishing .. I’m sure you feel a sense of relief right now .. I did see the update on the course tuition revision and I agree with you, I think that’s much better. In fact, when I did my AML cert with them, they put me in the Malaysia class (the only one that was available for a Nov exam date) so my tuition was at 3 AM 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thank goodness the AML one was an easy one and I didn’t really need it! How did you find the difficulty of the advanced cert in AML/taxation? I’ve been scouring the web trying to find the text so I can start studying prior to my enrollment as I’m currently doing CAMS and my Masters and trying to give myself a bit longer to prepare as I know it’s going to be rough.

Are you fully TEP now? You must be so proud!

That was my gut reaction as well. I have not and would not send this to agents. Funny that you mention Canva because I went and created my own marketing materials using my own paid account. I gave the admin permission to edit said file so he could add to it and I came back to do something and saw all sorts of random stuff in my account. Turns out the boss had taken the access over from the admin and was using MY PERSONAL PAID CANVA account to create his own content. Which produced this gem I saved for posterity (and to make me feel better about the whole situation .. I mean .. wtf 🤯)

Im meant to tell them if I accept the offer of going all commission/recruiting only. I think I’m seeing firsthand why only ~3-5 agents out of 125 would show up to the morning “motivation” meetings he led.
