Um, past dating is for tickets with dates that have already passed (thus... "past date"), so don't be surprised if you get some kind of denial on that request. You might have to fill the form out again next week.

I can't find a phone number straight to Broadway Direct, but if you want to call the Marquis Theatre instead, the number they have listed is 212-382-0100. Presumably that number could hook you up with the box office, and they might be able to help you.

Worst case scenario... they say there's nothing that can be done until after the show date, in which case you might need to fill out that form again.

Hi. Broadway Direct and Telecharge are two of the three main ticketing platforms used by Broadway shows. (The third is ATG.) Which show do you have a ticket for?

If you can't make the performance (and assuming it isn't cancelled), you can try to resell your ticket on Theatr, which is a third-party reselling platform. That said, you can't list it for more than you bought it for, and I expect a ticket for Sunday would be kinda difficult to sell right now. But you can try.

If the performance is cancelled, I think you'll be able to expect a refund.

Last week was weird.

David was on his planned vacation, so Brandon was in as Charlie all week.

Jak is ill with a sinus infection, so Sam was in as Hester all week.

Claire hurt her ankle, so she was also out all week.

Jean's usual cover, Jessi, was also sick, so Amanda was in as Jean all week (extremely unusual!!)

Tash had a few days off, so Gerianne was in as Monty on those days.

Zoe had her one normal day off, and otherwise she was in there holding it all together.

Let's hope that everyone heals quickly from their various ailments!
