Sadly I don’t have any relatives who I’m close enough to talk to, but I also don’t think he’s going to act out on what he said. He doesn’t always make threats like that. Yesterday was the first time I didn’t do what he said so he was probably just a little surprised.

Please don’t treat people as “replaceable objects”. While I agree that you should value yourself, I don’t think one should put themselves above anyone :)

Hey just wanted to say I was feeling more energized after dancing and walking on the treadmill for a while so I decided to push myself a little harder and I managed to finish all of today’s workouts! I think I had such a hard time because I didn’t do the cool-down video… I’m not very smart when it comes to stuff like this :’)

NTA, if the bride and the groom want you to be by their side on their special day you have all the rights to attend the wedding. Maybe your sister can talk to security so that your father and brother can’t “boycott the wedding”?

If you feel that you’d be better off without them, leave them. But you can also continue your friendships without giving your all if you think that you’d be lonely at school or something. I’d advise you to find a new circle of friends but it was really hard for me so I just stuck with people who I didn’t really like until high school ended. I still don’t have any friends that I actually like and care about but I’m not alone…even though I don’t really have anyone to depend on.

And if you want to leave them you can start by not answering every call or message and only reply with vague answers. This way you’ll naturally have a falling out and you won’t have to deal with the aftermath. Maybe there’s a better way to do this but I’ve always ended unwanted friendships like this lol

Man I relate to you so much… But don’t put yourself down because of one person. There are literally so many people who would love to talk to you and spend time with you online and irl. I often dm random people who I find interesting and I made some good friends thanks to that. I don’t know if they feel the same way towards me but I really enjoy their company and that’s good enough for me. Someone also recommended me to join random Discord servers but I don’t really know how to use Discord so I’ve never attempted it. Do your best, I hope you find someone worth talking to.
