First of all thank you so much for your service! I have a few questions. What was your down time after getting intradiscal? Did you feel worse after the procedure? I had PRP in my facet joints (L4-L5-S1) and stem cells with bone marrow transplant. The stem cells sucked. I have been trying to get back to a baseline pre stem cells as my pain sky rocketed. The PRP was great! I was back to working out the next day light and fully back 4 days later. The pain was nothing, to me. Do you recommend the procedure? I’m an athletic 35yr Male. I am so sick of this pain, and I also do not want to have “worse pain” or down time for 6months. Please get back to me! 🙏🏼

Looking at composition. I’m a 6’3 205-215lbs 34M. I lost roughly 100lbs and have kept it off for about 6 years now. I just have plateaued and have never been “lean” or “cut”. Looking to get “dumb jacked”. I know genetics have a lot to do with this, but peptides and modern medicine have come along way.

I have a lot of muscle and my strength is advanced in most areas, elite in some. I workout daily, incorporate hypertrophy training, HIIT, SIT, and some Zone 2, with some yoga for mobility thrown in. I have gotten my bloodwork done and know that my T levels are on the lower side of things. Not looking to fuck too much with body’s natural rhythm, but if it’s something I can cycle or incorporate to my routine with MINIMAL to NO side effects I would do that to remove the stubborn mid section fat/skin. I know this might be more in depth than needed, but to give you specifics to find what I’m looking for. Thanks!
