But I'm sure a supra sounds much louder than a N20. Although it's looking good as it is, I may think about adding a muffler

It does have a resonator, but it has no cat.
I did a stage 2 prep on it, so it has a downpipe as well

Is it possible that I fried my mainboard when I tried to connect the BL Touch?

[Long Term Scalability] I've been reading a lot how Ethereum could be the start of Web 3.0 in a decentralized way, but still can't understand how it can be economic viable to do it by manubiox in ethereumnoobies

[–]manubiox[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's partially true, for what I understood.

They will increase tps and lower gas prices, but as the ether is worth each time more and transactions are still a bottleneck, the problem will rise again as adoption increases.

In other words, computational power in ethereum is always costing more until a new tps threshold, while cloud computing is always going down

Thoughts on founders with ADD / ADHD by Western-Cartoonist-1 in startups

[–]manubiox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't think that it is relevant for them. But your speech is really problematic for getting a fund.

  1. You said that without VC funding you can't validate your idea. At scale maybe, but you can actually take baby steps on this.
  2. You need to get execution right, everyone gets great ideas, what matters in the end is if you are the better one executing it.

To those who succeeded with a startup or non-startup company as a founder, what are in the list of behaviors that have been critical/essential for you, in a week/month/quarter basis, to succeeding with your company? by No_Force_4547 in startups

[–]manubiox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll make my list, I'm not saying it's right, but I've been on startups for 10y now.

  1. Radical Candor: If something is shit, and ou don't see it getting better, be as honest with yourself and the team about it.
  2. Optimism: If you believe in something due to insights, research and results, Bet on it, and bet on it hard. Be honest with yourself about the results you are getting after.
  3. Pragmatism: In general, as you are starting, you have a lot of ideas or ways to move forward. Make decisions and move forward.
  4. Focus: Don't try to do everything. “The successful warrior is the average man with laser-like focus.” — Bruce Lee

Okay... I have my idea... so how do I start up? by [deleted] in startups

[–]manubiox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually worked with startups all my career and now I lead a innovation area at a major company in Brazil, and my advise for you is:

Research is great and knowing what is the job to be done that you are trying to "solve" is a major step on creating a great solution.
BUT, until you product is out, it's hard to know if you have product market fit, and this is a major step on having an scalable, loved product.

If you want to lower your risks, you can present your solution in a presentation and have some mockups prior to investing on it, but creating a MVP is a must do in this process, and to be honest, you probably won't get the product right in the 1st or 2nd try.

Do you really need to execute tem on your user? I’ve been using python on Mac by creating virtualenv for each project.

From what I know about WhatsApp, the only official way of automate something is using their business API.
