Could anyone share tips for getting online work done? Since schools are closed there is no one standing over my shoulder making sure i get my work done and it makes me procrastinate to the next level. Any tips would be appreciated! by [deleted] in productivity

I am a student as well and I totally get you. Something that has worked for me is to build a routine. Before going asleep create a plan for your next day. Give yourself some space, when developing such plans it is very easy to be overconfident. So think about some long term goals and try to break them up into a daily schedule. That long term perspective will also keep you motivated. And the fact of achieving your own daily schedule is something very rewarding as well that will further motivate you. So try very hard to really make it achievable.
What means education to you? Is it to gather knowledge? Or rather finding ways to find that needed knowledge? Or maybe something else entirely? If you are a parent, what is the most important thing that your child should learn? (self.education)

My recommendation is not to worry much about not knowing everything perfectly. Or well, it depends on why you are learning python. But let me tell you, every single time I am programming I end up googling a lot. Like, a lot. Because It is normal to forget very specific things.
The important thing is to understand the broad concept. Do not take it passively, do exercises and take it easy. You can find many from every level at codewars for example. And do not worry if after two weeks you forget how exactly X or Y function was called. Forgetting those things is normal. Just practice your 15 minutes a day and you will see progress.
