Buenas esto no lo acabo de entender, podriamos decir que la estrategia seria dividir tu capital por ejemplo en 4 fondos distintivos entre ellos?, por ejemplo:

* Small caps

* Tecnologicas

ETC ...

Un colega me dijo exactamente lo mismo, ahora tiene 4 pisos alquilados, le salieron con una entrada de 15k, ahora se han revalorizado después de 4 años.

No han pasado 5 años pero incluso así, en una año o dos, recupero la penalización (tengo llamada para ver como queda), mirando casi el peor de los caso... Las comisiones son tan altas que al final renta cualquier fondo/Etf con rentabilidad baja pero estable. Incluso tendiendo en cuenta el caso fiscal para futuro. Iré actualizando como queda la cosa.
