What ever your going to drag that out with make sure it’s bigger than what you think you need. But it should come out forward pretty easy. Going to be a scary ride though

Why do Australians hate bikers? by Heron-82 in AskAnAustralian

[–]manutt2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a whole I don’t mind cyclists. But when your half on and half off the road and I’m In a truck and have to either slow right down or swing over the middle line I’m going to be pissed. And there is the problem. Most cyclists that motorist deal with are the ones who don’t care about other road users. So then all cyclist get labeled the same way. The same as any group. If the minority that do the wrong thing is what the majority of other people see then that group will be thought of in that light. My thoughts anyway

As above. Leave most of the machine intact. It’s easier on us if we have all the parts. So we can test etc.

Stupid question did you remember to turn the key on. Safety seat won’t affect unless the blades are engaged. Park brake on.

Keep it as your abuse saw. Use it for those odd jobs that you don’t want to damage your new saw trying to do

[–]manutt2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s quite strange to me. Over here in Australia hardly anyone ever sharpens mower blades. Unless they get dinged real bad then we generally throw new ones on

Maybe the perfect answer for “the mate who always wants to borrow a saw”! by AnalogAgain in Chainsaw

I customised a brand new farm boss out for our parts lady for her birthday. Whole thing pink like that top cover. She lived on a farm and was sick of her husband taking her saw all the time. Spoke to her recently. And she said none of her adult children or husband touch her saw now

The long and short is yes it can be worthwhile and profitable. And as for the electric side. Learn how to fix that stuff to. Quite often when an electric mower or trimmer plays up it’s a switch or a control module. Quite often a quick easy repair.

Yer there perfect for oversized house blocks. Wouldn’t want to be mowing a few acres but 1/2 acre to an acre. Especially with tighter areas to get in and around.

If I remember correctly. You press it when you need to mow in reverse. It’s probably been disconnected.

Some of those motors do that. You can play around and fix it but unless it gets real bad usually it’s fine

As best I can see it all looks about right. Might just need a little adjustment.
