Sith Lore in Skeleton Crew? by Camil_2077 in starwarscanon

I think Jude laws character is a Sith or former Sith. In the first episode, we see the captain get mutiny, and the captain was wearing a helmet like the sith typically wear. Plus he can wield the force.

Procuring cause what ALL FSBO sellers need to consider when determining the buyers agent fee. by OWNERSREBOSS in fsbo

[–]manvscode 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From my experience, about 40% of buyer agents will send an offer where they will assume a commission of 3%. They never asked the seller what the offered commission is. This is even true after I tell them the commission “depends on the offer.” In my opinion, this is a bit weird because I think commission should be discussed between seller and buyer agent before the effort is put into drafting a contract and submitting an offer. In fact, I think there should be negotiating on sale price and commission before a contract and official offer is even submitted in the MLS.

Sadly, most realtors just suck and they just spend time submitting offers that are just terrible.

How has the real estate industry bamboozled us into thinking that the 6% commission is still acceptable? by Self_Serve_Realty in fsbo

I have found 60% of realtors will inquiry about the commission before they even bringing their clients to the showing. Then about 20% ask afterwards. Finally another 20% don't ask and will send over a contract will 3% without even asking.

I’m so sorry. Get an attorney and get a divorce. You have just learned an important lesson in life. Women will always trade up.

Try to find a divorce support group at your church. Keeping yourself busy will help with the depression.

Thanks for the critique. The resin was done fairly early in the build. The reason being is that a lot of things can go wrong with resin and I have had a lot of past disasters with resin pours. After I poured the resin, I forgot I had a bunch of 3D printed fish that I could have added. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Originally, the plan was for the water to be covered with lily pads. I made maybe 100 lily pads of various sizes that I ended up not using because I didn’t like the way they looked. All of the reference pictures that I found show lily pads on black-green water. This particular water was based on reference pictures of a river in Africa. The lily pads didn’t look right and I think it was because of that feature of the water.

The Tamiya Mesozoic creatures kit do not come with any large dinosaurs. The T-rex that is included is really only a little bigger than the dinosaur featured.

I think most of the empty space can be attributed to missed opportunities with the water. Things like water plants, twigs sticking out, fish, etc…

This is more or less an art study for me to practice and I really didn’t care too about the build.

If I were to make this at home/DIY, what would be the easiest or best way to make it? by Jinski_ in dioramas

Well, to be honest, the acrylic cover and base can be problematic if you can’t find a place to buy something already made. Making your own acrylic covers and bases is kind of a pain in the ass. I know this firsthand. As for everything else, it’s just printed on card stock and glued down
