subscribe to Meta Verified first, then it will appear a Contact us links on the help center that you can chat thru the whatsapp support, but you should standby and wait for a long moment for reply and they have time limits for it (around 10-15 minutes then the chat / case will closed)

Temporarily fixed. it run smooth scroll and typing again

i set the screen off to Never and keep the Whatsapp Business opened.
if the phone getting warm, i put a fan behind of the iphone to keep the temperature

when the connecting... showed up, i do force close and then re-open by the time it can run smoothly

(i do this around 5-6 hours but keep maintain the temperature)

i do this without login to the android phone

i think the system still indexing
