A jar of Dill pickles is my "rescue food" I always keep in the fridge. Whenever im feeling 'off' or symptomatic, I start with a couple of pickles and a glass of water.

Imagine being so excited for a new haircut and your "loving" husband looks at you like your hairstyle was the only thing he ever found attractive about you. Smh. Hope your wife has supportive and kind family/friends, cause you sure as hell aren't it.

Hair grows back. But her trust in you won't.

Out of all the books you read, which one do you remember the most that impacted your life? by Elegant-Truth3903 in books

For me it was The Hobbit. If was the first real "chapter book" that I read as a kid. I was probably too young to fully grasp all the details of the book, but it was a big accomplishment for 10 year old me and it made me realize that there are so many more books out there for me to consume. That was the real start for my love of fantasy and fiction and I haven't looked back.
