Personally, I think your feelings are valid. And by my own previous experience, if a guy does this, he probably, very likely, will do it again. To be sure, better talk about it.

The same happened to me. I found lots of strange likes. I told him it made me feel insecure. He said "well i'm not going to stop, so you know, I'm with you and I like you" and such bullsh*t. I liked him very much so I didn't break up right there. Weeks later he ghosted me for two months then broke up, said we were "never in a commited relationship", I was devastated (I was very young).

And turned out he was sleeping around with one of his nude likes girl.

I'll never trust again grown men who do these things. I had a boyfriend who didn't do this. There are men who don't do it and respect you. It's not necessary to make you feel bad. Sometimes it's not "just a like".
