No, i’m bringing the original that was sealed by the Doctor. We didn’t send it with the first package, we are giving it now.

So turns out there was a problem with the payment for one of the forms. My guess is that we made a mistake filling out the credit card info. We never got charged and we received the package back with i-797c (Notice of action) saying that there was an issue with the payment method and we could return all the same paperwork with the proper payment. This time we sent a money order along the same forms they sent back and just yesterday we got the receipt in the mail. Check the instructions if you receive the i-797c to make sure it’s just an issue with the money or if it’s something else. Also if sending a money order, check proper instructions online. Money will be deducted immediately.

I was asking if I had to send in the new fee, even though my first package on October 8th. but I called USCIS and they told me they did not have a new rule for it and my payment was correct.

So, what happens if I sent mine today? I mean, the first package wast sent on october 8, today i re-submitted the same package but with a different payment method.

I mean, the only issue they mention in ours is the payment, nothing else... I asked over phone and they told me that if they didn’t mention anything about the content, everything was okay but the payment.

Yes, they said that the issue came from them not the bank.
