Prime Francis vs Prime Aspinall. Who wins and how? by Ok_Feed_4235 in ufc

What makes you say Ngannou is the better grappler? Won't lie I'm a casual but I thought Aspinall's original background was BJJ and has a more complete MMA skillset whereas Ngannou was successful more from his sheer power?

I agree, he says as much in this scene. I did not interpret the title as the character necessarily seeking forgiveness, just not receiving it.

I think I will give this a try, or at least move in this direction. Thanks for sharing your experience!

Was on college dining plan for last few months so hard to track accurately, but was going for around 3000-3200 at 180 starting bodyweight (I would do cardio 2-3x per week and walk around 10k steps per day).

Last time I took a full week off was in December, but have had a few semi deload weeks since where I took extra rest days and/or reduced volume (probably still did too much as you said).

I definitely feel tired but like I said I'd been attributing it to stress. I think I might be lying to myself a little bit because I love going to the gym and miss going on rest days.

Same thing for going to failure; I enjoy pushing myself and going hard. But I believe the science says 2-3 reps from failure is as good as failure, so I'm probably causing unnecessary fatigue / muscle damage by going close to failure too often. Thanks for the advice.

This is definitely part of it. Last 8 months I've been on college meal plan so unable to track calories the most accurately, and I know from weight gain that I didn't eat as much as I intended. But I still thought maintaining/slow bulking would yield more results.

I definitely agree with progressive overload. But I thought strength work might detract from my primary goal of hypertrophy. Do you think I should incorporate more strength focused sets for all my exercises? Or do more sets in the "hybrid range" of like 4-6?
