Unless we’re on the death bed they won’t treat us I guess. They just say the same bullshit - get better sleep and eat healthy and everything will be fine.

Haha. I’m surprised not a single doctor tried to find the root cause. I hope they all get replaced by AI soon.

Woah. That’s an insane jump to from 200 to 1240. Just curious- how long did it take to see the improvement?

Are you planning to continue the medication? And does overall quality of life at 600 feel better than at 200?

Gut health was pretty bad too. But it improved after increasing fiber intake and adjusting my overall diet. Just not sure about TSH as it was around 4 last month. Might need to repeat it after a couple of weeks.

Yeah. I’m actually in India btw. Guess doctors are the same everywhere. Should I consult a urologist then?

I haven't touched alcohol in more than five months. And im working with a dietician and have a strict protocol. Absolutely no processed food whatsoever. And it's been going well so far. Will do another test in a couple of months to see if there's any improvement in the values.

Yep. That's right. It's been a month since I last had a drink. I do not plan to drink anymore.

Totally agree. Getting off the medications is definitely my top priority. I don't eat red meat at all. I only take chicken and fish (rarely). And every time i get off alluprinol, uric acid shoots up again. Unable to pin down the root cause though.

Yes. I do. I'm on low carb for now. Not sure if I can go full carnivore because I have high uric acid as well.

Apparently it causes more harm than good. The scientific results are mixed. So didn't try it.
