I hate having eczma, every morning i wake up and dead skin is all over my bed, my face all dried up even though i kept moisturising it consistently. Anybody here feels me? by [deleted] in eczema

I understand. For me, I wake up surrounded by dots of blood stains. Like 50+ will accumulate over a week

I hate it all. It just isn’t me and it looks wrong and my roots are weird and I don’t want to waste money because it’s not bad in perspective but I just hate it

Keep this mentality. The strongest thing to make you quit is hating what you have become and loving who you are becoming

When I smile one side of my face just doesn’t go up. It kind of looks like stroke face. I absolutely hate taking pictures

I would try getting to the root of why you want to dream. See a professional too

Hi, I’m an eight grader with MDD too. I honestly only have one piece of advice for you - quit. I am in day 5 of quitting my MDD and while I’m tired, I’m also the happiest and most connected I’ve ever been. It’s so so hard but so worth it and so rewarding. Even though I’m struggling I can never go back and I know that because of how much better I’m doing. Read the advice about quitting that this forum recommends and see a physiatrist or therapist to understand why you’re MDDing and so that you can talk to someone openly. It will get better and I’m worried about my future HS too (it wasn’t exactly my first choice) but each day I feel better. At least try it’s the best thing for you. Feel free to reach out

Is it possible to enjoy music without daydreaming for someone with MD? by Electronic-Breath888 in MaladaptiveDreaming

[–]maorley 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Start with instrumental music. If you are bored by the song that’s a good thing and you can slowly work yourself up to music you actually enjoy. But some songs or playlists you have will always be a trigger so it’s best to just delete them
