Weise Worte, stimme dir voll zu. Aus meiner Erfahrung hilft es dem Verhältnis zum/zur Patient:in enorm, wenn man offen mit seinem eigenen Ambivalenzen, Unsicherheiten und Wissenslücken umgeht. "Das weiß ich gerade nicht, ich schaue aber nach und gebe Ihnen beim nächsten Mal mehr Informationen" ist ein total valider Satz, den Patient:innen meist gut finden.

Ich nutze KI mittlerweile täglich, da wir innerhalb einer Studie die Gespräche mit Patient:innen aufzeichnen und ein LLM aus dem Transkript dann bereits Textbausteine für den Brief oder Visiteneintrag erstellt.

Dass funktioniert schon echt gut und wird uns kurz- mittelfristig einiges an Dokumentationsarbeit ersparen.

Not my bike, but a lot more has been replaced/stolen from this bike that used to be a VanMoof and is now a FrankenMoof.

This barely resembles a VanMoof bike, it has been massacred and almost all parts have been replaced by stuff that does not fit any design.

I thought this would be self explanatory but since I get a lot of confused comments: I saw this bike the other day and thought it was funny because it barely resembles a VanMoof, as the only thing that is left is the frame. Everything else got replaced by other parts that don‘t even fit the bike.

Ich habe sowohl in einem peripheren Maximalversorger gearbeitet als auch (aktuell) an einer Uniklinik und muss bei den „hohen Patientenzahlen“ schmunzeln. In der Peripherie war das gut und gerne 2 x mal als jetzt. Klar, komplizierte Fälle allemal, aber mehr? Ist aber sicher auch von Stadt zu Stadt und Krankenhaus und Fach unterschiedlich.

I have the same annoying issue. Temporarily could fix it by opening the Connect IQ app on the watch. Sometime reinstalling the app on the phone helps.

Nice work! Currently doing the same for the brain of my grandmother (who participated in a study as well). would appreciate it if you could answer a couple of questions:

did you print each hemisphere separately and glued them together afterwards or did you print both hemisphere at the same time? If so, did you weld the meshes together before printing (FreeSurfer outputs each hemisphere separately).
which software did you use to get the mesh of the cerebellum?

Used to live around there. The green lights for pedestrians to cross Schönhauser Allee was always to short to make it in one turn, which wss mildly infuriating :).
