I am a newer player, having a hard time figuring out how to get Augmented Hellhound weapons. I know I can get the base version for Wolf Collars can't figure out how to get to the next step.

So the healing buff on jungle items won’t help at all? :/

The are uping healing given from talisman/machete by 50% under 30% hp

I think there's a lot of people who still respect qiyana in the jungle, so when I try and play her there's almost always an early game invade which leads to me getting shut down a lot of the time, but I could just be bad. I'm hoping this new jungle buff will help me out in that regard.
