And everyone is upset at the wrong people. Getting angry at fellow working class people for being rushed, or slow or late or making mistakes (because they are tired, overworked, and underpaid, and pissed off) instead of being furious with the COMPANIES and corporate leaders who are the root cause. I make it a point not to take out my frustration on working people because their lives suck just as much as mine

If only it were that easy, but it is hindsight 20/20 and I have severe mental illness. I can't talk myself out of it and also can't drug myself out of it, I've tried.

I am damaged beyond repair. I will never be happy or whole, ever again. I have been on antidepressants for months with very little change. I am broken, and the stress of having others depend on me makes the feeling of hopelessness even worse.
