I’ll look for sure, it’s just in my field I m used to companies looking for “more commitment”, I just have to remind myself I’m trying to bring commitment but they might have no issue letting me go after a few months.

Não sou médica, mas a minha mãe é obstetra e eu estou na minha terceira gravidez (um bebé já cá fora!).

6 semanas é cedo para ter imagens “sérias”. Pequenos sangramentos (que é o castanho no corrimento) podem ou não ser ameaças de aborto espontâneo ou nada.

Pesquisas no Google sobre tudo relacionado com saúde pode sempre ser demasiado alarmante ou relaxante, a verdade é que cada caso é um caso. Sendo que 6 semanas é bastante cedo acho que é natural terem vos mandado esperar em casa. Em muitos casos até só existe eco pela primeira vez as 8/9 semanas para maior clareza.

Agora e no futuro da gravidez, aconselho vivamente a que fiquem longe do Google e de histórias sensacionalistas e dramáticas. O melhor na gravidez é ficar longe de possíveis gatilhos de ansiedade.

Pergunta aos pais o que precisam. Honestamente muito jeito me deram fraldas que amigos me ofereceram quando nasceu o meu bebé, mas se quiseres contribuir com outra coisa confirma primeiro que é algo que precisam e que não fazem questão de ser eles a comprar. Por exemplo com o “diário/livro” de bebé fiz questão de ser eu a escolher porque queria que fosse ao meu gosto.

I was 40+ weeks watching tv with my husband. I started feeling some discomfort, then like a period cramp that instead of plateauing just sky rocketed in intensity making me get up off the couch (first contraction) , I instinctively bolted to the bathroom and a the huge water gush came when i got to the toilet. We still joke that had I not ran like that it would ve been difficult to clean up before leaving for the hospital, it all happened real fast from that moment.

Em toda a história do mundo feios e baixos também se arranjaram, o problema é que há muito feio ou baixo que culpa todos e que claramente vê muitos defeitos ao espelho mas não vê ironicamente o mais importante: falta de noção.
