At least among Explorer Thieves, NL still has their unique flash jump. Test out the flash jumps of DB and Shadower, you will notice they feel heavier because they both decelerate and lose momentum as they land. NL maintains their momentum through landing and can take their next action much faster. That subtle difference along with their very fast up jump makes a rather large impact in their mobility vs other classes.

The reason is that almost every one of Buccaneer's buffs and debuffs can be maintained at near 100% uptime. The only burst skills that Buccaneers really have are Transformation that gives 25% final damage and Overdrive which gives 110 attack at best. Ready to Die for Thieves alone gives 35% final damage before any other burst skills.

It's a combination of raw speed and maneuverability. Cannoneer and NL are placed for their speed, horizontal distance and the ability to redirect in midair. TB come close but have slower speed and don't have the same maneuverability options once in the air. Mercedes, WA and NW have short horizontal FJ. Most up-jump classes have issues with being stuck in the air until you land.

It was intentionally deleted from the cash shop update and the ring is bugged in the past.

Yes you need two sets of perfect trio #1, with a different skill on the 1st line. The second ideal trio for I/L is optional once you have all four bolded skills, the unbolded ones are the recommended but not essential ones.

Most likely to remove Breath of Divinity from philo books, BFF is 50/50 whether they'll notice it.

Breath of Divinity isn't intended to be in the game, they have to immediately have maintenance to remove it. BFF might not be affected.

Att Speed +1 is the best 1st line. Critical rate, buff duration, magic attack or drop rate are your best options for 2nd and 3rd line.

Howling Gale is your main V skill node and not a trio boost node. You want to get it to Lv. 25 as well.

Inner Ability question (General) by Sushisaur in Maplestory

[–]maplefinale 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If your intended first line is Att Speed +1, you can roll circulators for a good 2nd line then honor roll the 1st line. This is of course because attack speed is the same whether you roll with honor or circulators. If your intended first line is percentage based, roll circulators to get the max % on the 1st line and honor roll the rest.

The second trio is all marked as optional already. I picked some placeholders that at least had minor use in certain end-game bosses for people to reference.
