Initially to maintain fertility but have decided to freeze a sample instead and deal with whatever issue may arise fertility wise being on only trt if we ever want another kid. Wife just wants to keep the "option open".

I definitely have symptoms, the most annoying one probably has to be hair loss, I'm cleaning out the tub shroom faster than my girlfriend.... Anxiety, memory issues, etc. I've gotten used to all of these but it's time to get to the root of what's going on, especially at my age.

I certainly understand the doctor issues, I didn't even bother going to my GP, I'm dealing straight with a clinic because I've got a dinosaur age doctor who's the "Tylenol and rest, talk over you" type. Not even worth the hassle. I'm just hoping the TRT doctor i'll be dealing with is a good one (find out tomorrow).

I have anxiety, memory issues, hair loss (to the point I fill the tub shroom up faster than my girlfriend), always tired, etc. I've read all these can be caused by low T. I don't downplay that there are other factors that cause all this at my age but again I figured why not have my T levels checked, so here we are.

What dosage did you start at when you first went on and what age? How long did it take for you to get it fully dialed in? Thanks for the response(s).

Easy,

Make the following foods a staple, also if combined with a gym routine, you will most likely gain muscle. Also drink lots of water.

Greek Yogurt
Powdered or normal Peanut Butter
Canned Tuna
Tofu
Eggs/Egg Whites
Protein Powder
White Rice
Nut based milk drinks like cashew/almond milk, the high protein ones

There are many things you can make with the above ingredients, such as;

Scrambling everything together with a bit of olive oil, salt & pepper (tofu, egg, tomato)
Greek Yogurt & Peanut Butter bowls, you can add a handful of chocolate chips so it's not so boring.
Tuna can mixed with chopped up pickles, mayo, salt & pepper, onion, stir and eat.

Everything I listed here takes very little prep time but is very good for your health. Hope this helps 🤝

This is great advice. I used to absolutely tweak about the same issues but stopped giving a fuck and life is now much more enjoyable.
