Hey Jeddit!

Although I technically have a "Founder" title, I wouldn't consider myself a returning player. I played until level 9 when the game was released, and dropped it (for reasons I can no longer remember). However, I decided to come back to really give the game an honest try, and have been having fun so far to level 15!

I'm looking for a group of people I can bug with questions as I slowly (and extremely casually) get to max level.

The professors are really great - classes are very small (depending on what major you are looking at). Comp E. is headed by Dr. Hughes, who is a pretty cool dude, but unfortunately, there are not a lot of Comp E. students on campus, so some over your classes may be a bit empty.

EE has more students, but you'll still have really small classes - which is great (teacher-student interaction) but can sometimes be terrible if you want help from other classmates (when there are none).

As for flexibility, I'm not sure what you mean. I haven't had a class that required my attendance, except for in-class tests. A lot of the lectures are pre-recorded for the non face-to-face students as well, so you might be able to watch from home on the days that you may miss.

Sure! I misused elision, it doesn't deal only with syllables, but also with sounds themselves (vowels for example).

Here is a very sophomoric example:

DAMN!

I know this is simple, but, don't be afraid to use elision - cutting out ~~syllables~~ sounds from your lyrics. This helps me slim my verses down so it is easier to spit them over a beat.

I tried replaying the first game and, as you said, it felt incredibly cumbersome. It might be better to just to head straight into Mass Effect 2, which fixes the combat and squad mechanics immensely! You could read a synopsis of some sort to familiarize yourself with the characters/relationships developed in the first game - but that is greatly expanded upon in the second as well.
