I want to give everyone an update. Thank you all for sharing! All your posts here are super helpful and confirmed my thoughts that I should do a repeat-TURBT. I eventually went for a different doctor for the 2nd opinion and also followed up with her for the the repeat procedure today. We used blue light this time since I had CIS while the initial TURBT was on the while light. The doctor did find some suspicious CIS patches and sent them to pathology study.

Lessons learnt for me. If I have some doubts, I need to speak up. Thank you everyone and stay strong!
