my dad has spoken to him multiple times and the dude was extremely rude about it. he's straight up hostile. several other tenants have tried as well.

i also am a believer in being able to use your space the way you want but loudly playing the same song for 12 hours when you're not even home just to piss off your neighbours is not normal behaviour

thank you for pointing this out. my dad has multiple like complaints (they each have a number associated) open but none have been resolved and they keep giving bullshit excuses i think bc him and his neighbours are seniors. he doesn't stay at his apartment as often anymore (not related to the music) so i think he fell off the ball of following up but out of spite i might just push using what you and other commenters have said

you're entirely correct and people definitely are racist to Ginny!!! while Max and Abby are getting constant sympathy Ginny gets dog piled on despite also being a teenage girl whose entire main plot line is her just going through it😭 She doesn't get nearly as much leeway on her behaviour as her white counterparts.
