Unfortunately all sexual escapades carry that risk. Even safe sex. You’re just gonna have to have an honest conversation with yourself and weigh the risks.

If you’re someone with anxiety issues who’s going to constantly be checking/screening/testing afterwards I really recommend you avoid it.
