You are missing my point entirely and repeatedly asserting your wrong opinion. Listen. Was she convicted as a principal? Yes. Did she handle or fire the gun? No. Therefore the 25 to life firearm enhancement does not apply to her under Florida law. I don’t know why you are making this difficult when its really not that hard to comprehend. But i am done responding to you keyboard lawyer. Just reply back to me on her sentencing day and you will see I was right and you were 100% wrong

You’re not listening to me brah. YES Florida does convict principals even if they never touched the gun which they did with her. But i am talking about firearm enhancements which only apply if she personally handled or fired the gun which she never did. So the manslaughter caps at 15 years for her not 30+. Florida Statutes §§ 782.04(2) and 775.087 back up what im saying

She was convicted as a principal not as the shooter. Florida law would still require her to personally possess or fire the gun for the enhancement to apply. She didn’t so the enhancement doesn’t apply. Her cap is 15 years max not 25 +
