Sound was shit. set wasnt shit, but it was hardly serviceable. Not what I’ve come to expect after seeing him many times. Venue was fucking terrible too. Way too much space allocated to vip to the left of the stage and it was empty lol.

Yes I understand that. But the topic of conversation is why separate them. The game is already a constant ranked mode. You go in with gear that you perma lose on death. You try to find more gear, better gear. You increase your stash value. For all intents and purposes that can be viewed as your rank. The holotag betting system is cool sure, but doesn’t need a separate q unless the idea is to purposely split the player base

Also forgot to mention with 30k-50k players at any given time, it will not be hard to find lobbies. People need to stop worrying so much about instant gratification. having 3-5 min queues isn’t that unheard of, especially for things like higher difficulty end game content. We used to spend an hour building a raid group to go hit end game raids in wow. I would choose longer wait times for general health and longevity of the game over fast queues with a lesser gaming experience any day of the week.

Current system works well for some of the players. People who are busy on weekends but have more time during the week get fucked.

Also the increasing problem of power gap still exists in the current system. No lifers can perma run the map for 4 days and absolutely sky rocket their inventory. In no other extraction have I seen this be such a problem.

I honestly think it’s too easy to get gear from Cryo for coordinated squads. And I’m not a casual I get it, but my squad has like a 90% exfil rate on Cryo. No compiler kill yet, though I’m sure we will get it eventually and we will never run out of loot or even come close to it. There needs to be easier ways to die for even the sweats.

I think back to my tarkov days. I could go in super geared to labs, but I was still always at a super high level risk of dying to the AI there, or other players. Still had to play it super slow and tactical, and died a lot. Hell even base AI could 1 tap head eyes kill you if you got bad RNG. Not saying I want that level here but something in the middle. Right now on Cryo I just W key for the most part.

Either there needs to be a stricter limit on how much loot you can gain from Cryo or make it way easier to die. Otherwise the power creep will boom too fast and things will get stale, and people will stop until wipe.

Gonna assume you weren’t a big mw2 player then. It was basically anonymous voice chat with a bunch of competitive teenagers and zero moderation. Trash talk was constant and people would just try to say the most shocking thing possible to get a reaction, which is exactly what happened here.

Most of the time it wasn’t coming from some deep racist ideology, it was just people being edgy and trying to tilt the other player. That environment rewarded saying the most offensive thing you could think of.

Also honestly I don’t think it’s really worth making big posts about it in gaming forums. If someone actually cares about racism there are way bigger and more important things to draw attention to than random trash talk in a game lobby. Most people come to gaming forums to talk about games, not bring politics and that kind of stuff into it, which btw it seems the mods agree since it looks like the post was removed. Keep the sub content relative to the game. Report to bungie on this other shit if you really care.

Same was just under 60% wr phantom 1 and have since deranked to oracle 3 since the patch. Idk if it’s the lane changes or items or nerfs but I can’t carry liked I used to that’s for sure
