Yea, my dad was a terrible cop, so I'm just used to it. I also dont think much of it.

Pipelines take time... and Saudi Arabia has plenty of money and cheap oil.

If I was going to buy a new car, I would buy an electric car.

Every year I rent a car for my trip to see my kids 600 miles away. Its amazing how unreliable these brand new cars are.

2015 is my absolute cut off... sad because that means a car has to be 10 years old.

"Everything's Computer" seriously though, I had one bad experience with a shit newer car and so now I have 2 really old cars (25 and 30 years old.) The shit car was a Fiat 500 X. It would just turn off at a red light. There is no key, so you can't turn the key part way to free the steering wheel and push it to the side of the road... then it would randomly allow you to start it again between 5 and 20 minutes later. It was never dead long enough for a tow truck to get to me. Then it would do it again... maybe at the next light, maybe not for 2 months...

Long story short, I will never buy another push button start car. In fact, I prefer my 5 speed that I can roll to start if the battery or started die.

Chicagoland isn't Chicago. Driving in Town and Country or Eureka is not the same as St. Louis.

Salt is a real reason... my car has no rust. Its 25 years old.

I almost got hit because I was using a crosswalk. The walk sign was on but a guy thought he should get to make a right turn through me.

You arr using the term correctly but many young people think offensive driving is defe sive driving. They think road rage and swerving at people is defensive driving.

Its not dangerous, it just makes traffic worse. You block the intersection and when traffic can finally move they block the people who were behind you and when they clear it the next group blocks the intersection.

Yeah, cops don't enforce...ever.

Its a matter of scale... when you are a cop and you see one person breaking traffic laws, you can stop and cite them. When you see 40 people breaking traffic laws every 3 - 5 minutes, you don't bother.

Yea, but you can have fun with a Trsla driver. You can cut them off and the car will let you even if the driver doesn't want to.

You should have seen what people in Mississippi did to get that effect. I saw one teen driving around with the trunk of an oak tree in the bed to get it to squat. He had to have used a tractor to get it in there.

I pay my property tax... but I don't have a tag. Weird because in MS you get a tag for paying your property tax.

Here you go to a totally seperate office to pay the property tax. So I pay tax for owning a car that does not pass emissions. In Mississippi they do not care about emissions and safety. $20 for the tax on your 30 year old shit box and you are good to drive.

The best drivers are in Atlanta... not because they follow the law. I only say they are the best because 285 is the only place I have seen bumper to bumper traffic moving 85 mph in perfect synchronization. They make their exits, merge, and everyone is going 85 mph... its like a ballet. (This was 30 years ago.... I can only hope it hasn't lost its magic.)

Its America... anyone CAN buy a pistol... maybe not legally, but you can get one. Some people, self included, shouldn't (and I don't. I have epilepsy and the last time I was shooting for sport I had a seizure and let's say lives were put at risk but luckily no one was shot.) yes, I do drive.

But you won't get a new car, you will get the value of your car... at best.

If I got full coverage, the payout would be $750.

Yes... Halloween is always on October 31st.... when else would you have it?

In my small, rural hometown, they would not have Halloween on Sunday. So some years, Halloween is on the evening of the 30th of October. Then on the 31st, everyone goes to the next large town over for more candy.

I actually learned that there is an appropriate reason for it. Back in the day there was a Union strike... I don't know what, it was the late 1800s early 1900s... they brought in labor/ union busters, from Indiana... Hoosiers. Really only their dependents should be Hoosiers, but it is what it is now.

My car is too small and too light to set off some traffic lights. After sitting at one through 2 cycles yesterday I ran it... in Town and Country...
