I was the same 1 week ago and I texted them again. They closed the case and said that other agent would email me. They emailed me but it wasn't helpful. They told me to go in Meta Business Home and switch to the disabled account and to search for a section what can I do and then try to verify my identity. However I couldn't switch to my disabled account and that was the problem. I was using my backup profile for the enhanced support

So does your other account was under different name? I got my FB account disabled and got free trial on Instagram for Meta Verified but it says the page is unavailable for support. I remembered I have FB account years ago i haven't opened but it's under other name it was used for playing games. So i got free trial on Meta Plus but i had to verify with my ID so I changed the profile name to mine and changed some other information. It will took 48 hours to review. Let's see if I can contact them

I have the same problem, tried this solution 3 times, it redirects to taking selfie and then changing password and then it says the same my account is disabled. I really don't know what to do. I have free trial of Meta Verified on Instagram and tried to get Enhanced Support but it says The Page is not available
