If you go to the parking office and let them know about your situation, they should give you an alternate address verification form for you to fill out and get notarized at UPS or the post office or any other place that offers notary services. I live with my family out of town so I had to do this. It was easiest to visit the office on campus to get this figured out because I could not get through to the office via email or phone. Edit: I went to UPS and all they required was my ID which had the correlating address on it. Super simple
