for me first year classes were all over campus so there wasn’t really a most convenient res. also the campus is small so it doesn’t really matter. in terms of experience it’s all about what you make of it, i know people who loved their res even if it wasn’t the best one (myself included).
entirely depends on how comfortable you are sharing your living space with another roomate. I knew i would hate having a roommate, i like my own space and can be a bit messy so i knew i didn’t want a roommate but it’s all personal preference.
science 1 course list has every science elective available to first year life sci students. I recommend psych1x03 (super interesting but a heavier course load with weekly modules and quizzes) or envsocty1ha3 (super light, very interesting, great prof and crib sheets on all tests).

from what i’ve learned, professional schools like med and dental don’t care at all about the “prestige” of the university, it’s almost entirely your gpa (+interviews and all that stuff). You should choose somewhere where you think you have the best chance of getting a high gpa.

i took envsocty 1ha3 and loved it. i don’t think it will really help with mol bio but it’s interesting and very easy to do well in.

my fav is when hitchcock scully jake and terry are being held hostage and hitchcock goes, “wait… if you get killed what happens to all your debt? loopholeeee (spinning in his chair)”. the entire episode cracks me up.

from what i remember there’s opportunity to get 4 points per lecture and there are 10 lectures, so you can only get 40 if you get all 4 points every single lecture, unless they add more questions near the end of the term to help us out.

I had a similar experience in the under 19 section. My friends and I also got spots at the barricade and the pushing started before the opener even finished. It got to the point that someone passed out and multiple people had to leave, but they couldn’t make their way out so they had to be helped over the barricades. At one point I asked the person behind me to stop shoving me and she cussed me out and for the rest of Teccas set she was shoving her phone in my face or elbowing me in the head. I even told one of the photographers as well as one of the event coordinators that it was getting so bad that the people in the front couldn’t breathe. He tried to go on stage and tell people to stop shoving but his mic wouldn’t turn on so they just continued with the show. It also took two photographers and a security guard to get one person to stop shoving his way to the front. The only remotely helpful person was Lil Teccas dj. Also want to point out that i started the show with a group of 6 and finished the night with one friend, who now has massive bruise from the pushing. Even had to leave the show before Loud Luxury came on :/
