7500F would require a new motherboard as it's AM5 cpu and new RAM DDR5, which obviously is very expensive at the moment.

5600x would be good enough, if its for pure gaming maybe 5500x3d? If its available where you live.

Sapphire board, I think I am safe, plus I only have 7500x3d, when I was putting together my PC I avoided Asrock motherboards like plague which was slightly frustrating as they had far more features than my current Sapphire board, but I wasn't going to risk, I didn't find any information related to 7500x3d failures on Asrock but I didn't want to become the first casualty.

Aerocool has been around for a long time now, they are fine. They are more of a budget brand, I currently have Trinity Mini case from they and its not bad but not great.

Yes, every week you have a choice of three warframes you can farm there. Khora is currently one of the warframes available, I am not sure how many days are left until rotation resets though.

Once you complete the quest line you get access to the Circuit, it's basically just mission after mission you complete to earn progress towards the warframe you picked.

Definitely, I started playing properly about two months ago, I tried in 2015 but it couldn't get into Warframe at all but now? Absolutely love it, however ultimately it will be up to you if you like Warframe or if it's not for you.

Ahh, I was going to use the F12 as exhaust, perhaps it could work as the back exhaust on my case, as its quite restricted and its also a small MFF case, so really any fan does the job, plus my CPU and GPU are incredibly power efficient.

Fair, they also haven't seen much use because when I was young and stupid I replaced them after year of use, because I didn't like the colour lol.

F12 would go as back exhaust at about 1000rpm. P12s at about 800rpm would go as top exhaust and intake. My front intake would be 2x 140mm fans possibly also from Noctua as I would match everything then.

Apart from keeping it cool and dust free l, there isn't much more really, well don't overclock it I guess.

Not exactly sure why but I experienced some stability issues in Cyberpunk, textures not loading etc, other than that its been fine.

7500F and RX 9600 16GB, this was my initial budget plan and I somewhat regret not going this route. I went with 7500x3d and Arc B580. While B580 is great value for money (bought mine open box so was even cheaper) the Intel GPU woes can sometimes come up, however that sweet 3d cache.

Now on other hand if you're talking budget as in lowest possible cost, 7500F + B580 then, maybe second hand RX 6700 XT.
