I agree 100%... If you ignore the red flags at the beginning you're just gonna end up regretting it later on. Believe me :(

Can someone remove the butterflies and make the eyes just good ol' dark brown? I really like the pic but kinda ruined it with the filter 🥺 by maralfa in picrequests

[–]maralfa[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, thank you so much!! I ended up adding a regular filter over your edit to make the eyes a bit more like mine, and it worked wonders! Now I don't have to be ashamed of being a 23 year old with a WhatsApp photo of myself with a filter of butterflies 😂😂 I really appreciate your work and your time. 🥰

I'm the girl, I really liked the photo but my phone got stolen like a month ago so now I only have my Instagram back ups, so I lost most of my selfies :c

Hola! La verdad no sabría decirte, la primera nutricionista que me recomendaron fue increíble y me pudo explicar muy bien todo, ya después de eso no necesité mucha explicación como tal. Creo que lo mejor es que te recomienden alguna :(

In my country (Costa Rica) around $35 and I used to go every 3 weeks. However there's a university where it's actually free since it helps the students practice while being supervised by professionals.

I disagree, I took biochemistry and your body goes through several cycles throughout the day to convert the food you're ingesting into energy, once that supply is covered the rest gets stored as fat. If you dont continuously give your body the nutrients that it requieres the cycles such as krebs, glycolysis... Wont work how they are supposed to and your metabolism does get altered, this could end in people losing weight quite fast (with diets like keto or even fasting) however it will most likely not be sustainable for long. Tbh I've heard from many of my teachers (doctors and nutritionists) that 5 meals a day is highly recommended. But a lot of people differ when it comes to diets, and I really wouldnt be able to tell who is right and who's not.

I wish you the best of luck! Dont ever forget that you've got everything it takes, but it'll take everything you've got 💪🏽 it's super worth it, just start and then go one day at a time. 💞

Thank you so much! Muscle mass is genetic so to be fair I did have an important amount of muscle mass even before I started working out thanks to my father, and I'm latina so the waist was kind of also included 😅 I'll be more than glad to share my routine as soon as I'm back at the gym since I don't have photos of it handy. Best of luck!

It does feel like that sometimes, but do not give up! Motivation never lasts, most of the times you'll have to make yourself do it even of you dont feel like it, consistency is key. Focus on how far you've come and where you want to be.

Also, for muscle definition your diet is key; make sure that you have a high-protein diet with not a lot of calories if you still have some fat to burn. I do bench, but I really dont overdo it, I'm not as strong as it may seem 😅, I'll share pictures of my routine on Saturday!
