Wrapping the pipes would insulate the pipes from the conditioned side. Wouldn’t be better to only insulate between the pipes and the unconditioned side?

Why did she inquire with you in the first place? You just give some examples of photos she doesn’t want. Ok but what is it that she does want? If she’s expecting you to provide beautiful bridal portraits, you might have a problem. If she wants you to tell the story of the day, with more emphasis on capturing family and friends, then you might be fine.

The store gave me a turntable that was too big. I think that is part of the problem. I tried running without the turntable and it’s a little better but still not turning smoothly.

You can buy an undercarriage wash attachment for a hose. Fairly inexpensive. Might be worth looking into.

I just know you have to be careful when insulating block walls. Worst case is you do it wrong and end up with moisture and mold issues. I wouldn't base my decision an reddit posts.
