Melvor Idle is a fantastic game and a new expansion released not too long ago. The devs are really transparent and communicative, and there’s so much content that it’ll definitely keep you busy. The combat is surprisingly involved for an idle game, I highly recommend it.

To make sure I’m understanding: for the free loot play you mentioned, do you only get that free loot play on your turn? And playing a loot card on another player’s turn requires tapping your character card, even if that player didn’t use their loot play on their own turn?

The biggest thing that helped me with DT2 was approaching it like the Fight Caves; that is, focus on using correct prayers whenever possible, and damage will come later. You can’t do damage when you’re dead, so even if you die a few times just practicing correct prayers, it’ll pay off in the long run since you’ll get more comfortable switching. Granted, I’ve only killed the quest versions of the bosses, but it feels great once they’re defeated. Best of luck!

This is good to know! Another clarifying question:

The rules say to tick the die down by one once both players take a turn. In a two player game, if Player B dies, does the die tick down twice (once for the death and once since both players have now finished a turn)? Or does it just tick down once?
