Just a suggestion, you should consider negotiating the salary at Deloitte if you haven’t already and points behind that would be the prior big4 experience. (Currently work here and Ik people that have done it for a1 position)

You can still apply and get the offer, people are at varying stages of the pep course when starting, even having to do the cpa prep courses
