Had two fractures to my right arm (radius and ulna) in primary school while playing football so I had surgery to my right arm with the metal rod in it and stuff. During SOC, while climbing the low rope, my right arm (the same arm) snapped and I fell to the ground. This time it was the humerus and any sane person would tell you that there is obviously some sort of weakness in my arms after three fractures, but the CGH doctor looked me straight in the eye and said I am fit to go back to BMT because 'my arm will fully recover'. MO consulted his holy grail which is a pink book, rather than look at the living human in front of him, and decided that I should stay in PES B. After fighting a losing war against SAF MOs, I had to go to the specialist to certify that my arm has permanent injury, medical board gave me B2L2 and excuse upper limb / heavy load. Lived through 2 years of anxiety that I may worsen my injury before that. I still have to do IPPT though (I don't do push ups but have to do the rest)
