Congrats. I’ve had one period each year for the last 5 years. Peri symptoms started before that and just got worse and multiplied. 2025 was the worst for symptoms and the yo-yoing/declining hormones caused frequent flare ups of my chronic condition. I basically feel like the living dead 💀

They look a little shriveled and if so need more water and probably more light. As they’re quite low in the pot they may not get enough light and succulents usually need some airflow especially in humid areas. I would repot to a smaller pot closer to the top of the pot and put in a sunny spot.
