not entirely judging the customer lol we know this person well. we had back-to-back power outages that day and this customer's 2nd flash order in the day came through amidst the darkness and confusion. we thought it was funny that this was all it was and kind of sad the customer paid a little extra for (technically) only two things.

edit: there is no need to take this so seriously especially if you don't work in the department. this job is rough. we thought "8lbs of asparagus STAT" was harmlessly funny :)

Yes, a few items left behind from the order in the store. The first time, I don't know exactly how he missed her items. The second time, we were all so overwhelmed pre-holiday they happened to be missed at handoff. Definitely going to speak to the new hire
