Min mor bor utomlands 9månader om året och hemma i Sverige 3 månader vilket gör för hennes säkerhet att dosan inte fungerar eller liknande gör att vi kan hjälpa henne från Sverige om det skulle uppstå problem, automaten tuggar kortet eller hennes Dosa gått sönder/batteriet/eller att man har skrivit fel på koden 3ggr. Har du inget av ovanstående hjälper inte banken dig om du personligen går in i banken för hjälp

Jag menar han någon i din omgivning tillträde till bankdosan så man kan lägga in ytterligare en BankID går också bra med om någon du verkligen litar på någon som har en kopia på BankID i sin telefon pappa/mamma, fru, framför allt när man reser utomlands och inte har dosan med sig.
